Deeply fascinated by the intricacies of the body, Angelina witnessing firsthand the impact of trauma on the physical and psychological well-being of individuals drove her to seek alternative ways to address this interplay and merge the fine connection between western and eastern modalities to modern culture. Consequently, she embarked on a new journey, embracing the world of massage therapy as a means to further explore alternative modalities to emphasize whole self wellness after her career as a surgeon’s assistant.
For 8 years, her experience as a yoga instructor allowed her to witness the transformative power of breath and movement in healing. However, she continues to study the link of body expression and emotions. Angelina’s background as a surgeon's assistant afforded her a unique perspective on the complexities of the physical body. Assisting in procedures provided her with invaluable insight into the body's resilience and capacity for healing.
Inspired by her experiences, Angelina decided to pursue massage therapy as it provided a never ending space of learning for holistic healing and how it extends well beyond the physical self. Massage therapy resonated with her as it embodies both the physical and emotional aspects of healing, acknowledging that they are deeply intertwined. Through massage therapy, she has discovered a powerful tool to help individuals reconnect with the innate wisdom of their bodies. By incorporating various techniques she aims to offer a holistic approach that addresses both physical tension and emotional blockages to empower an experience that promotes wellness on all levels.
